Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Office Depot is seeking a talented Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide product recommendations - Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - High school diploma or equivalent
