Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, and possess excellent people management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities for improvement in the chat support process and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat software and customer service tools - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
