Job Description - Live Chat Officer

At WestRock, we are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Live Chat Officer in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and troubleshooting any technical difficulties - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer service - Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to find solutions to customer problems and improve overall satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all channels


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive work culture - High level of creativity and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
