Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Officer to join our team at Oerlikon Group. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for handling online customer inquiries and providing support through live chat communication channels. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and support requests. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the chat system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Hardworking and independent with the ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 4. Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with diplomacy and tact. 6. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
