Unum Group is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with 4 years of experience who thrive in a remote work environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and driven self-starter who can effectively work remotely - Strong research skills to quickly find information and provide solutions - Strategic planning abilities to maximize sales opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks - Experience with CRM software and live chat platforms preferred
