Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Utilize innovative techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 3. Demonstrate resilience in handling challenging customer interactions and maintaining a positive attitude. 4. Use persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and provide feedback for process improvements. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open tickets to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 6. Demonstrated innovation in customer engagement strategies. 7. Proven persuasion skills in sales or customer service interactions.
