Remote Live Chat Representative

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Coca-Cola European Partners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position, located in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting - Provide solutions to customer problems and escalate issues when necessary - Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and support - Meet performance metrics for quality and productivity

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
