Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team at Cummins in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Comfortable using live chat software and other computer programs - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility
