Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and confident Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Ingram Micro. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This position will be based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat communication - Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong command of written English - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills - Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
