Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team at Assurant in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Use empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs - Monitor chat conversations for trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
