Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. - Utilize online chat tools and systems to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Proactively seek opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. - Record and document customer interactions and feedback for future reference. - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. - Proficiency in using online chat tools and systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multitask. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
