Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and proactive Live Chat Representative to join our team and work from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess excellent persuasion and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and assist with inquiries via live chat - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Basic computer and technology skills - Availability to work flexible hours - High school diploma or equivalent
