Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Graybar Electric is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to work remotely from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level candidate with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Utilize creativity to find solutions and exceed customer expectations - Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in high-pressure situations - Manage time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold company policies and values in all interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to improve processes and customer service delivery

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong written communication skills in both English and German - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
