Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, and possess strong cooperation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Utilize company resources and tools to effectively address customer needs - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and proactively troubleshoot issues - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with live chat software or customer service platforms preferred
