Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


TravelCenters of America is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns and find solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Multitask effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Create a positive and professional interaction with customers to enhance their satisfaction with our services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in the live chat system
