Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, resolve issues, and answer questions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify and escalate any customer issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent presentation skills and ability to work well in a team - Motivated and resourceful attitude - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
