Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers to provide timely and accurate assistance - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Use decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Provide leadership in guiding customers through the chat process and ensuring a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or live chat support - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality - Vision insurance, Gym membership, and Medical coverage are provided as part of the benefits package. - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all endeavors
