Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Account Support Assistant at Meyer Burger Technology AG in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our online account management team. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing online customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and issues - Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Provide support in creating reports and analyzing data related to online account activity - Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Support customer retention efforts by engaging with clients in a professional and helpful manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with strong organizational skills - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online account management platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Fluency in English and French is required, additional languages are a plus
