Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to begin their career in the retail industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online account holders through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account management tasks, such as updating personal information, resetting passwords, and troubleshooting login issues. 3. Educate customers on the benefits of creating an online account and encourage them to utilize online tools and resources. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues impacting online account functionality. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up to date on current industry trends and best practices in online account management and customer support.
Requirements: 1. Strong people management skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers. 2. High emotional intelligence to effectively navigate challenging customer interactions and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online account management systems is a plus.
