Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic financial services organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues - Educate customers on our products and services to help them make informed financial decisions - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Manage customer relationships effectively and provide a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements - Demonstrate people management skills when interacting with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry - Must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers achieve their financial goals - Highly motivated and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities - Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in using computers and various online platforms - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
