Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

General Mills is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support online accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. 2. Monitor sales and performance metrics to achieve targets and goals. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online strategies and campaigns. 4. Provide problem-solving solutions for account-related issues. 5. Negotiate terms and agreements with online partners to maximize opportunities. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance account support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in online account management or e-commerce. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
