Job Description:
As an Online Account Support Officer at Kaba Holding AG, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our online account holders. This will involve responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing account information, processing transactions, and ensuring the security of our online platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online accounts - Manage account information and process transactions accurately - Ensure the security of online platforms and assist in fraud prevention efforts - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Provide support to customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong computer skills and familiarity with online platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Driven and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
