Job Description - Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:


Level 3 Communications is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers through email, chat, and phone communication channels. 2. Assisting customers with any account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues. 5. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process enhancements. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong time management and emotional intelligence skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and systems. 6. Experience in customer service or account support roles. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
