Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Clariant AG, a leading specialty chemicals company, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience, who are resilient, motivated, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and are dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts and orders - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online tools and platforms - Resilient and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
