Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Online Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their online accounts and purchases. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers by assisting with account-related inquiries and transactions - Troubleshoot any technical issues related to online accounts and orders - Collaborate with the online sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers - Develop relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat purchases - Keep up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies - Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings - Proficiency in using online platforms and programs - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
