Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist


Job Description:


SGS SA is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position with 4 years of experience, the Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing online account support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues related to online accounts. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve account-related problems, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize account management processes. 4. Assist with the implementation of new online account features and functionalities. 5. Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use online account tools effectively. 6. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to improve user experience. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell online account services to existing clients. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account changes. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online account management. 10. Contribute to special projects related to online account support as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 4. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of online account management best practices. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Fluency in English and French is required.
