Online Account Support Specialist

Job description:

We are seeking an Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Sysco in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be reliable and independent, with strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers - Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues - Assist customers with online ordering and product information - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve online account functionality - Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and chat - Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions - Provide training and support to colleagues on using the online account system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in online account support or customer service - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems
