Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Lincoln National is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess energy and drive to provide exceptional support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone communication channels - Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with navigating the online platform and answering inquiries about account features and functionalities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall online account experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account information as needed - Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or account management - Energetic and motivated personality with a customer-centric approach - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across departments - Proficiency in using online platforms and knowledge of basic account management principles - Strong communication skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
