Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Fluor in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide support to customers through online chat platforms, email, and social media. 3. Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers. 5. Utilize innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and providing guidance to less experienced team members. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
