Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Belimo Holding AG is seeking a driven and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and account inquiries. 4. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company database. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Emotional intelligence to effectively understand and address customer needs. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Project management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 9. Fluency in English and German is required.
