Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation - Collaborating with team members to meet performance goals and targets - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills in both English and German - Strong computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills
