Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who reach out via phone or online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to online inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assisting clients with account inquiries, transactions, and other service-related issues - Educating clients on various financial products and services offered by Ameriprise Financial - Documenting all client interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards set forth by the company - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to handle a variety of client inquiries and situations - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Planning skills to organize and manage workload effectively
