Online Call Center Associate

Job Description: As an Online Call Center Associate at Office Depot in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers through phone and chat support. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Provide product recommendations and upsell additional items to increase sales. 4. Enter customer data and update records in the system accurately. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset. 7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
