Online Call Center Associate

As an Online Call Center Associate at Insight Enterprises in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online and phone interactions. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and online inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Upselling products and services to increase sales revenue. 5. Managing customer accounts and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively. 3. Creativity and critical thinking skills to handle challenging situations. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficient in using online communication tools and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
