Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Dean Foods, a leading dairy company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our online call center operations.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement - Train and coach team members to enhance their performance and productivity - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the call center - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to optimize operations and customer service


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Resourceful and independent with a strong problem-solving mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
