Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and reliable Online Call Center Manager to join our team at Phonak, part of the Sonova Group, based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate-Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity - Train and onboard new call center agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Maintain a positive and professional work environment


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in call center management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
