Job Description:
Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online call center, including monitoring call volume, staffing levels, and performance metrics. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and maximize revenue. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the call center operations. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent time management and critical thinking skills. 4. Proven experience in managing call center operations and meeting performance targets. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
