Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description: Loews is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, have excellent negotiation and people management skills, and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online call center - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Train and supervise call center staff, providing ongoing support and feedback - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activities


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in call center software and systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
