Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is looking for a motivated and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management. The role is part-time, offering flexibility for work-life balance.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online call center agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to agents - Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Creativity in developing innovative solutions to improve operations - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
