Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a resilient and reliable Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and live chat - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively - Present information clearly and professionally to customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills in both English and German - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using online communication tools and systems - Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus
