Job Description:
Ryder System is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Utilize project management skills to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Drive innovation in customer service by proposing new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. 2. Motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate in order to improve processes and drive progress. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. 7. Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to the position. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
