Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

EMS-Chemie Holding AG is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be located in Zurich or willing to relocate - Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
