Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Kühne + Nagel is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients through online communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and order inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement in service quality - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role for at least 2 years - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus
