Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level individual who is eager to gain experience in the customer service field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed their expectations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Resilient in the face of challenging situations - High school diploma or equivalent
