Job Description - Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in our Zurich office. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are confident, energetic, and possess strong decision-making and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist customers with their inquiries and issues - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with computer software and technology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making - Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions
