Online Chat Support Associate

Supervalu, a leading grocery distributor, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to customers.

As an Online Chat Support Associate, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and issues through online chat platforms, providing accurate and timely information, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating issues as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be independent and driven, with a strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Additionally, you should possess strong cooperation and leadership skills, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
