Job Description:
Stadler Rail AG is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our online chat support team and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Monitor chat support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train new hires and provide ongoing training to existing team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online chat support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well with others - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
