Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding, a leading distributor of consumer packaged goods, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in online chat support management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online chat support team, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online chat support. - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. - Train and mentor chat support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.


Requirements: - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience in online chat support management. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities. - Motivated and adaptable personality traits. - Soft skills in cooperation and planning. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in customer relationship management systems. - Fluency in English and German.
