Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Priceline Group in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and product recommendations - Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards making a purchase or booking decision - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer concerns - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends - Embrace creativity and contribute fresh ideas for improving customer support processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
