Swatch Group, a global leader in the watchmaking industry, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
